Cookies cannot be used for starting programmes or placing viruses on a computer. The information contained in these cookies serves to ease the navigation and to display our websites correctly. In no event the data we collected from you will be passed on to third parties or used to establish a connection with personal data without your consent. You can of course visit our website without any cookies. Most of the browsers are set to accept cookies by default. However, you can deactivate the use of cookies anytime by changing the settings of your browser. Please use the help function of your Internet browser to learn how to change the settings. Please note that single functions of our website may not work anymore if you have deactivated the use of cookies.

When you sign up to receive our newsletter, the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be notified by email about circumstances relevant to the service or registration (such as changes to the newsletter offer or technical conditions). For an effective registration, we need a valid e-mail address. In order to verify that an application is actually made by the owner of an e-mail address, we use the “Double opt-in” procedure. For this purpose, we record the order of the newsletter, the dispatch of a confirmation mail and the receipt of the requested answer. Further data is not collected. The data will be used exclusively for the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties.

Deleting or blocking of personal information

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. Therefore, we store your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to perform a service that you have requested or according to the manifold statutory storage periods envisaged by the legislator. After the specific purpose has ended, respectively after these periods have expired, the corresponding data will be blocked or deleted according to the legal requirements.

Embedded Youtube videos

On some of our websites we embed Youtube videos. The corresponding plug-ins are operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, it will connect to Youtube’s servers. Youtube will be informed which pages you visit. If you are logged into your Youtube account, Youtube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. This can be prevented by logging out of your Youtube account beforehand.
If a Youtube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior.
Anyone who has disabled the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program will not have to expect such cookies when watching YouTube videos. Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in the browser.
Further information on data protection at “Youtube” can be found in the privacy policy of the provider under:

Social Plugins

On our website we use social plugins of the suppliers mentioned below. You can identify the plugins by the fact that they are marked with a corresponding logo. Via these plugins, information that may also include personal data, may be sent to the service provider and possibly be used by him. We prevent the unconscious and unwanted collection and transfer of data to the service provider by a 2-click-solution. To trigger a desired social plugin, it has to be activated by a click on the corresponding button. Only then the collection of data and its transfer to the service provider is activated. We do not collect any personal data via social plugins or information about their usage. We do not have any influence on which data an activated plugin collects and how the data is used by the provider. Currently, it has to be assumed that a direct connection to the provider’s services is being further developed and that at least the IP address, as well as device-related information is being collected and used. Furthermore, it is possible that service providers try to store cookies on the computer used. Which kind of data is collected and how the data is used can be found in the Privacy Policy of the service provider. Note: If you are logged on to Facebook at the same time, Facebook can identify you as a visitor of a specific site. On our website, we have included social media buttons of the following companies:
Facebook, Youtube.

Use of Script Libraries (Google Webfonts)

In order to render our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries on this website, such as: Google Webfonts ( Google web fonts are transferred to the cache of your browser to prevent multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Web fonts or prohibits access, content will be displayed in a standard font. The call of script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – but currently also unclear whether and if so for what purposes – that operators of such libraries collect data. The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here:
